Welcome to the official site of the Associação de Capoeira Angola Corpo e Movimento. We are dedicated to the preservation and instruction of Capoeira. Capoeira is an African-Brazilian martial art disguised as dance, and performed to the music of the ancient musical bow called the berimbau.
Capoeira has the potential to improve your overall strength, flexibility, reflexes, and heighten your sense of awareness. Classes are held in safe and supportive environments for adults and children in Los Angeles and Milwaukee Counties.
Get involved by joining our Capoeira group or by supporting Brazilian Cultural Foundation, a non-profit organization that allows us to offer low-cost classes to children at local community centers. Join our mailing list to receive occasional notifications regarding new classes and events.
